This hotel is in a great location, very close to the bus terminal, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, being situated on top of a supermarket is a major plus, especially for grabbing any essentials you may need during your stay. The proximity to the ski lifts is also a huge advantage for those looking to hit the slopes right away. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The rooms, although basic without any character, are kept very clean and offer a lovely mountain view. Lastly, the breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide variety of options to start your day off right.
All was perfectly fine.

We had a fantastic stay at this budget hostel. the location was perfect, right on top of a supermarket and just a short walk to the ski lifts. the room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of Mishabel massive from the window. the owners were extremely welcoming and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
The shower curtain in the bathroom was a bit outdated and made it difficult to shower without touching it.

A very friendly hotel-staff could not be more helpful. Lovely open fire and excellent evening meal- great value. Central location with ski room next to the main cable run so you aren't dragging your stuff around. Free sauna was wonderful!

The hotel manager was very accommodating with last minute requests and very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a central location in town and convenient to everything.
The ski depot by the slopes is in an odd spot (there is one in the hotel that you can use and there is also a very short bus ride you can take to the lift.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Swiss Alps that was an absolute delight. the location was fantastic - just a short walk from the cable car and right on top of a supermarket, making it incredibly convenient for all our needs. Secondly, the staff were exceptional, providing us with helpful advice on which bus to take and always going above and beyond to assist us. Lastly, the rooms had a breathtaking view of the mountains, which added an extra touch of magic to our stay. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would definitely stay there again.
Nothing to improve, everything was perfect.

Very courteous staff. Accommodating and helpful.
The noise from the street at night made it impossible to sleep. Would not book again for that reason. Although there is supposedly a sign that says that no noise will be tolerated after 10pm, throughout the night as the bars would empty the noise was very loud.

Conveniently located near parking garage and lift station. Rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel.
Rooms and hotel overall could use an update. Beds were not very comfortable.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, walking distacne from station, downtown
Noisy at night until 4:30 A.M. due, I believe, to the clubs nearby

Friendly and helpful staff and a good location central to the village and not far to walk to shops, cafes/restaurants, bus station, leisure centre or ski lift.
It was a perfectly adequate 3-star hotel and it was nice to have a balcony and a mountain view but chf230 per night for a pretty small double room (b&b) is not really good value for money, even for Switzerland.

The hotel was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet, with lots of options to choose from. the rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the friendly service from the hotel staff.
The hotel's Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, which made it difficult to stay connected during our Christmas stay. we were a bit disappointed that there wasn't any on-site parking available, as we had to park quite a ways away from the hotel and transport our luggage through the snowy streets.
